best vacation ever!
great stafflovely experience
the bar staff was so great. they always kept my drinks coming and remembered my name. the entertainment crew was awesome too! they really knew how to get everyone involved and having a blast. it was a totally lovely experience!

I went for a relaxing holiday and got mostly what i wanted. the hotel seemed clean. the staff were great. I particularly enjoyed the animation activities and got to know the shop staff as well. we hope we entertained you.
I have just returned from my stay and i found the air conditioning difficult to manage. Despite contacting reception, the temperature in the room remained higher than desired. the activity schedule could have used more variety because it became repetitive after a few days.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They promptly addressed any questions i had, and the housekeeping staff kept the rooms very clean and tidy .

The air conditioning was difficult to manage. It never went below 22.5 degrees. I contacted reception. They sent an engineer. He said it would get colder, but it did not. The pool area was also not up to standard. Broken decking and general dirt were present. I saw hair in the pool. I think the cleaning of the hotel outside facilities is not as thorough as other hotels

The location was good I found it very convenient. The food included a delicious buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. The room was quite big and very clean. Cleaners were kind and ready to help.
My room was quite basic lacking ironing facilities. I also smelled sewage throughout the hotel on and off. It was quite off-putting.
